• ➡All shipments, unless specifically denoted, are curb side shipments.
• ➡When your order ships, you will be notified via email. Orders are shipped between 3-10 business days. A tracking number for your shipment will sent to you via email.
• ➡Thoroughly inspect your delivery before signing the BOL, refuse the shipment if there is damage that would make the unit(s) unusable.
• ➡If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, Brightest Home LLC cannot be held responsible for damages that my occur during delivery.

14-Day Return Policy

• ➡Damages must be reported within 14 days of receiving the shipment for an authorization number and to arrange replacement or credit.
• ➡Unwanted or undamaged returns will not be accepted without prior authorization and a 20% restocking fee + freight will be charged.
• ➡Original packaging must accompany returns. Please contact us if you would like to return an item. 
• ➡Unauthorized returns will be refused at our docks and returned to sender. Returned merchandise will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and freight charges both ways
