• ➡Golden Designs Saunas ship via curbside delivery and will be dropped off at the end of your driveway or sidewalk.
• ➡You will be receiving a phone call from the freight carrier to set a delivery day and time 24 to 48 hours prior to delivery.
• ➡Refuse delivery if you should see a large hole anywhere (most likely damage made by freight carrier forklifts).
• ➡Any delivery issues (remote areas, long driveways, large and low hanging trees, apartment complex, stairs, etc.) should be addressed with us prior to shipping.

30 Day Returns

• ➡Buyer shall assume all risk of loss associated with the return as well as shipping, handling, restocking and other fees, costs and expenses as described in this policy.

• ➡All returned goods must be in their original packaging. Seller may refuse to refund all or any portion of any payment, or cancel payment due and owing if the Buyer fails to fully comply with or violates the terms and conditions of this policy.
