The Viking Pro XL indoor rower is powered by a massive, patented twin tank that provides 65 percent more resistance than standard FDF horizontal models. The unrivaled Fluid Force technology ensures that there are no dead spots throughout the entire stroke, giving users the feeling of powering through open water while engaging in a more intense workout.

Bluetooth auto-adjust technology, which has advanced console capabilities, automatically matches the selected tank resistance level to performance monitor parameters. As a result, users spend less time programming console data and more time smashing personal bests. With Viking Pro V's XL smart device connectivity, which is compatible with FDF's social app, you can track individual and club performance.
